A bit late with posting this but a couple of us went on an adventure last Saturday for the Open Heritage Days. Our first stop was the Victorian Baths in Chorlton-on-Medlock. As well as the history of the Baths themselves there was also a Mecano exhibition going on which may have stolen our attention for some time.

Other things that caught our eye were the hand painted numbers above each of the changing rooms, a room full of doors that was very Doctor Who and the opening sequence to a movie (which we didn't stay to watch).
Then a short drive across to Chorltonville to view Ecosperic's showroom for a very informative tour around a beautiful super eco home.
They also had some very cool Bengal cats.
