We have transformed the online experience for Your Sexual Health,
one of the country’s leading private sexual health testing clinics. The company’s previous website had become tired and inconsistent, with complicated routes for customers to locate the relevant test and complete payment and booking online.
The company had also experienced rapid growth, with a growing portfolio of home testing kits and further services that were not being given a professional and quality look and feel through the previous website.
We worked closely with Your Sexual Health’s SEO and Management team to update the brand and transform the website and user journey in order to increase conversions and sales. The new website includes an interactive wizard tool which allows visitors to quickly identify from hundreds of available tests the best options for the situation and symptoms.

One of the most complex and valuable parts of the project was to create a seamless, simple checkout system which automatically registers customers’ locations and quickly matches them to their nearest clinics with availability. An online account system also allows customers to easily view their order history and access results online as soon as they’re available.
